- Ingredients: 1.5 tsp Ocha Silk, 1 cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut cream), 1/2 cup whole milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp gelatin powder (bloomed), 1 tbsp black sesame paste.

In a separate bowl, whisk Ocha Silk into 1/4 cup warm water, then stir in the remaining 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup almond milk, and remaining maple syrup.
